Caliper HQ Rebuilding Process

-Each caliper is fully inspected prior to being disassembled

-After careful disassembly, each caliper component is thoroughly inspected for damage, corrosion.

-Caliper components are cleaned in an environmentally safe degreasing bath removing all contaminants from the caliper surface and all internal ports.

-Prior to reassembly, all components are visually inspected for damage

-EPDM seals and dust boots provide longer service life and improved resistance to thermal fatigue, cracks and leaks.

-Caliper components are finished to the customers specification. CHQ offers multiple finishes for any need. From factory style finishes for your restoration project to custom powder coated finishes.

-Each caliper is assembled by hand ensuring perfect fit and function, this attention to detail produces a superior part and eliminates installation issues.

-Multi-phase pressure testing and end-of-line inspection ensures like-new performance without leaking.

-Each caliper is installation ready and delivered with all necessary crush washers, banjo bolts and hardware for simple installation and a complete system overhaul.
